The Space:

This one-bedroom condo offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, soft linens, and ample storage. The living room includes a sofa, TV with streaming, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, full-size appliances, and coffee maker. Step outside to your private patio or balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and fresh towels. Designed for both short and extended stays, the space balances comfort with convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, plus shared access to multiple pools, hot tubs, and common courtyards. You will be sent a door code the morning of your check in day



The Neighborhood:

The condo is in Casitas Las Rosas, directly across from Old Town La Quinta. Walk to restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and weekly markets. Golf, hiking trails, and world-class events like BNP Paribas and Coachella are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The area is walkable to Old Town. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Coachella Valley, with convenient freeway access nearby. Parking is free and plentiful within the resort parking lot.

Uber and Lyft are easily available.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is heated year-round and overlooks the community gardens. Pets are allowed with $150 fee.



Due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.
