BEDROOMS
- There are 5 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- 5 rooms offer King Beds, AC, Wi-Fi access, separate seating areas, attached bathrooms.
- Ground rooms are smaller than 1st floor rooms

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms in the villa.
- All attached bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

Amenities:
- Huge living space hall which has sitting capacity upto 12 to 15ppl with smart 55’ TV and Bluetooth Music System.
- There is a convertible TT table, Pool table and Ice hockey. One table that converts into all three

INDOOR AREAS
- The living room is on ground floor
- It provides comfortable sofa-seating for up to 20 people and is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera.

KITCHEN
- There is 1 indoor kitchen, and guests do not have access to it.
- If guests wish to use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, they may do so with prior approval.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Food will be served in dining area only

Home Rules and Truths
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care
The elevator is available exclusively for senior citizens, but please note that it does not operate when the power is supplied by the inverter.
Please note that we do not accept bookings from individuals under the age of 18. All guests must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Valid identification may be required upon check-in to verify age.
Management shall not be responsible for any losses of valuables.
Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and ensure that the doors and windows are locked when they are not present in the rooms.
Guests have access to the pool only till 10:00 PM.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Pets are not allowed.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes.
Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location.
Car parking is available only in designated areas.

At CC Royal Villa, all guests must present original government-approved ID proof. Indoor smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furniture, and late check-out will incur an extra charge—half a day's rate up to 2:00 PM and a full day's rate thereafter. Security deposits are collected at check-in, and all pending payments must be made before check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. The property is not responsible for legal issues or noise complaints. Swimming costumes are required for pool use, and food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. Caretakers are available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Power outages by MSEB are not covered by our inverter backup, which does not support air conditioning
