A car is necessary for getting around in this area, as public transportation options are limited. The cabin is located in a peaceful, wooded setting, and while it offers a quiet retreat, it’s just a short drive away from all the best attractions.

•The roads to the cabin are paved and well-maintained, though the driveway itself is gravel.
•Free parking is available on-site for up to 2–3 vehicles.
•Local attractions (Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, dining, shops) are within a 10-15 minute drive.

For the most part, it’s a car-dependent area, but the peaceful, natural surroundings make it worth the drive!

Other Things to Note:
•We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc.). For longer stays, you may want to bring additional items.
•Firewood is not provided, but bundles are available at nearby stores and gas stations in Hochatown.
•WiFi is included — perfect for streaming, browsing, or remote work.
•The cabin has central heating and air, plus a beautiful indoor fireplace for seasonal use (instructions provided).
•A washer & dryer are available in the cabin for guest use (detergent not provided).
•Wildlife is common in the area — please store food properly and do not leave trash outside overnight.
