Our cozy cape cod is centrally located in the up-and-coming North Linden neighborhood. This home is small but mighty with it's fun decor and practical functionality. The living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are located on the 1st floor main level. Upstairs, on the 2nd level you'll find a loft/office space, bathroom and 3rd bedroom. Sleep in as long as you like with "black-out" curtains in each bedroom.

The spacious backyard includes a wood burning fire-pit, lounge area and dining space. The fire-pit is for adult use only. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home, but you may smoke on the patio. Ashtrays are provided.

There is free parking in the driveway and on the street. There is no guest access to the garage.
