Hello Melissa, we enjoyed hosting your family and it was easy communication as needed, which is always appreciated too. Your daughter might be tall(?). The bunk bed with trundle bed is the standard full size as noted on the listing and specs to hold max weight up to 220lbs. I am 5’4” and have slept comfortably on a bunk bed on occasion. The pull out trundle has slats that ocean fall out of place when pulling out so note to self to add detail to check-in details and note the bunk bed specs are international standardized measurements at: Length: 77 1/2 " Width: 40 1/2 " Height: 51 3/8 " Mattress length: 74 3/8 " Mattress width: 38 1/4 " Max. mattress thickness: 5 1/8 " Distance between beds: 33 1/8 " Height under furniture: 5 1/8 " Max. weight/sleeping level: 220 lb

Maureen, good to see your family used the ski shuttle. We are fortunate to have a shuttle stop just steps from the front driveway. Combined with the recent keyless entry, our family and guests easily come and go. It was nice to have your family. Come back any time as you frequent WP!

Hello Matt, directions and check-in details go out 24-48 hours prior to guests’ arrival. Property Damage Protection (PDP) is a VRBO requirement for $59 for up to $1,500 in property damage protection on all of their bookings, so that is standard / not optional. As for damages reported, Housekeeping sent time stamped photos of the damaged decorative fireplace screen as the metal frame was significantly bent inward along the top center arch and you did not contest the photos, which were submitted with you in copy the day of your checkout at no additional cost to you (with the PDP in place). We do use the claim process to ensure our property is kept as is and have luckily only had 3 minor such damages reported since 2018. Lastly, VRBO always holds the security deposit and they did deposit the money to the property account however, upon seeing this, I asked they reverse it to the guest (your account) as the PDP insurance covered the minor damage. The later was not our error however, we did help correct the matter for your $500 refund.

Katy, I am glad to see you enjoyed the space, stocked kitchen and beds. It is nice to have two master bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom and the third bedroom on the main level to spread out.
