Welcome to your ultimate Central Coast getaway! Our beautifully appointed Beach Street Retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm. With a game room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious, open-concept floor plan, this house is a true gem designed for family and friends to gather and relax.

On the ground floor, you`ll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a smart TV, while the second is perfect for kids with a fun bunk bed that has a full-sized mattress on the bottom and a twin on top and also has a smart TV. Upstairs, a king-sized bedroom awaits with a walk in closet and also a secondary full bathroom.

The home`s open living space seamlessly flows into the dining area and a chef`s kitchen, stocked with everything you need for a home-cooked meal.

But the real magic extends beyond the walls. Enjoy the coastal breeze from your private balcony with a grill and outdoor seating. Head down to the patio to gather around the cozy fire pit for s`mores and conversation under the stars. The garage has been transformed into an amazing game room, complete with a pool table, a shuffle board, and classic arcade game console with 412 games plus a seating area and a smart TV —the perfect spot for a little friendly competition. We provide everything you need for a fun day at the beach, including a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. Plus, a convenient laundry area means you can pack light and stay a while.
Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.
No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay.
Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee.
Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee.
Our home has a max amount of 9 guest. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 9 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 9 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 9th guest.
