The condo has a breathtaking view of the Walden golf course from the balcony. It is located on the second floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Its is a short walk to the pool, Walden coffee house and Cafe on the Green where you can enjoy a meal, live music, drinks and an outdoor patio with more views of the golf course.

There are 3 beds and can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. There is a queen bed, 2 single beds, a futon full size couch and one blow up mattress. The spiral staircase leads to the loft upstairs with 2 single beds and a work space.

The living room welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, double glass sliding doors that lead to a balcony and a view of the 18th fairway. The modern faux white leather couch folds down into a futon bed. There is Wifi, Smart TV, air purifier, oil diffuser and comfy throw blankets you can use to snuggle up on the couch with.

The dining area seats 4 comfortably with 2 additional bar stools in the kitchen coffee bar area.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a coffee bar with coffee, creamer or tea for you to enjoy. There is also a high chair available for your young one if needed.

MASTER BEDROOM- Enjoy a Queen size bed, vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV, two night stands, a full size dresser with mirror and lots of drawer space. This bedroom is connected to a full bathroom with shower. There is one window with blinds and blackout curtains. A large closet with extra pillows, blankets, iron/ironing board, portable fan, golf clubs, and a blow up mattress.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM-A loft style bedroom with a huge walk in closet and full bathroom with shower/tub. There are 2 single beds, a large desk/workspace with a comfortable office chair, a rolling desk you can use anywhere in the condo and a Smart TV. The walk in closet has extra pillows, blankets, a full size dresser, hangers and a portable fan you can use.

Condo is pet friendly with a $50 deposit for each pet. Max 2. No cats please due to owner allergies.

There is free parking on site with additional street parking and extra guest parking by the clubhouse/pool.

Please No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am for our neighbors & community. There are no parties allowed as this is a very quiet community.
