This amazing value for money villa is ideal for larger groups.
It offers 10 double bedrooms and 8 bathrooms plus 2.000 sq. meter outside area featuring chill out sofas, dining table, swimming pool, outside bar, outside kitchen with charcoal BBQ,/grill, pool & table tennis tables. Fun for everyone!
Kitchen, some bathrooms, bedrooms & lounge area have recently been updated. .
Located in the prestigious Nagüeles area just 7 minutes drive from Puerto Banús and Marbella centre.
The space
PLEASE NOTE : There is an obligatory departure clean fee of 795 euros to be paid on arrival by cash or credit card. Additionally, the security and damage deposit is to be paid by credit card on arrival. This is refundable on departure after a full villa check. 1000 euros for families and couples, 2000 euros for single sex or younger groups. In over 15 years of operating rental villas we have had very few incidences of damages and in almost all cases deposits are quickly returned as the villa is kept in good shape for us.
The villa has 10 bedrooms and is suitable for larger groups to enjoy with outside bar area (beer kegs can be provided), outside kitchen, BBQ, table tennis & pool table.
This private villa is situated on a plot of 2,000 sq mts & build size of 600 mts, a few minutes away from Puerto Banús or Marbella centre.
The villa consists of 10 double bedrooms – 2 of the bedrooms sleep 3 or 4. NOTE ABOUT NO TVS in bedrooms
It has 8 bathrooms, 4 of which are en suite (Two with a shower, and 4 with baths and shower). This villa has a large interior lounge area and a 2nd lounge area on the covered terrace.
The large landscaped garden has a further 2 uncovered terraces, one around the pool and another outside the kitchen which has a sundeck and a table tennis table. Also there is a covered exterior BBQ kitchen / Bar kitted out with oven, hob, sink, fridge and freezer.
EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS
- Situated in a quiet residential street. The villa is private, safe and secluded.
- Private parking for up to 3 - 4 (depending on the car's size) behind electronic gate.
- Minutes walk from public bus stop, local bars, restaurants and supermarket.
- Outside covered kitchenette with BBQ, fridge, freezer, over, hob, plastic plates and glasses.
- Private 2000 sq metre tropical garden with 3 huge sun terraces.
- Enormous terrace dining area overlooking pool & gardens.
- Outside terrace lounge with satellite TV
All in all this is the perfect place for large groups of people celebrating in the sunshine, hen/stag parties or for large families holidaying together.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole property except to the designated "storage areas" at the side of the property. You hire the whole property for your group.
Other things to note
In recent years we have been fortunate to have hosted hundreds of large groups at this property without having issues with neighbours or the police. We are happy for this to continue!
We do accept RESPECTFUL single sex groups, stags, hens, golfers etc as well as families, with a minimum average age of 30 years. For any other age group please check with us as it is on an individual approval basis.
As with all villas in residential areas in Marbella, there is a curfew on external noise outside of ZERO noise after 10.30 pm to ensure the undisturbed peaceful living of local residents. During the daytime neighbours are understanding of normal activities and noise levels but sound systems, DJs, parties with external people coming to the property are not allowed at any time as this is holiday accommodation not a venue hire.
