This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment welcomes you in a modern and relaxing setting. It features three beds, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy spectacular ocean views, direct access to the beach, gym, pool, and common areas.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this apartment frequently allows pets.
- We can issue an invoice for tax purposes, just request it!
This space is managed by CoralEscapes, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!
By reserving this unit you accept the following conditions.
1) Additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation. Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants. Unfortunately dues to the condominium policies, visitors are not allowed (for specific situations, we can sometimes make an exception, contact us to validate)
2) We might provide shampoo, soap, cleaning products and basic consumables only as a welcome amenity but those not products should not be considered as included during the stay.
3) As per condominium regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names of each occupant to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) All our units are non smoking, please smoke outside in designated areas. Thank you!
5) Pets can only be inside the apartment, green areas and beach. They cannot enter the Alberca Area.
Important that their pets do not climb the furniture, beds and sofas, it can generate a fine.
6) Check-In/Check-Out. Please respect the check in and check out time windows. We offer early check-In and late Check-out for $400 pesos per event. It is important to respect the check out time as we most likely have guest arriving. An hourly fine of $1,000 pesos will apply for non programmed late check outs.
- Please check in before 8 p.m. After this time, the condominium will not have assistance in the lobby to guide you to the apartment. It's important to read the information provided to enter the apartment carefully. We can assist you before 10 p.m. via Airbnb.
- Parking is located upstairs, not underground; you'll be told at the booth.
- Depending on the tide, you may find a beach area (with sand to lie on) or a lagoon-like area. We don't control this, so please keep this in mind. If the tide comes in, a lagoon forms where you can swim, as it's enclosed and very calm, with no waves, forming a small pool.
- All the communication must be via the message app. Our agents are online every day from 9am to 10pm (central standard time). We want you to have a pleasant stay and if there is anything we can do to improve the experience, please let us know.
IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING:
- By regulation, the apartment can be occupied by a certain number of people. Please specify this when booking, as the price varies.
- Glass is not allowed in common areas.
- Pets are only allowed on the beach and inside the apartment. They are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool area. Charges apply. You will be directed to the designated pet bathroom at the lobby
- Only small and medium-sized pets are accepted.
- Ignoring pets will result in a fine.
- Please note that you will have a daily electricity allowance of $200 pesos. Should you require more or if your allowance runs out during your stay, you will be notified, and the extra cost will be the guest's responsibility.
Parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated. After 9:00 p.m., please keep noise and music to a minimum. Our units are ideal for families, couples, and relaxing. At the first complaint from neighbors, security personnel, or condominium management, we will cancel the reservation and ask you to vacate the unit.
