We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location near restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, and we appreciate the chance to respond to your concerns. To clarify the booking process: VRBO collects their service fees for use of the platform, while our company collects the rent for the stay. In your case, there were issues processing the original credit card, so our system flagged the reservation for additional verification. For reservations flagged as last‑minute bookings where the payment method cannot be authorized we follow an ID verification process, as noted in our listing. This step is in place to protect both our guests and our owners. I’m sorry to hear that the cleanliness, TV, and internet did not meet your expectations. Had we known during your stay, we would have responded right away: housekeeping could have re‑cleaned any missed areas, and our local support would have helped troubleshoot both the TV and the Wi‑Fi. Our TVs are smart TVs without traditional cable; guests log into their own streaming apps, and we’re always happy to walk through how to access them. We pride ourselves on presenting pristine properties and responsive support and regret that you experienced anything less.
