This designer-furnished, 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers nearly 1,200 square feet of refined coastal living in one of Santa Monica’s safest and most desirable beachfront communities. Perched just steps from the sand, the home features a spacious wraparound patio, inspiring musical instruments, and a flowing open layout ideal for creatives, professionals, or anyone seeking tranquility with walkable access to restaurants, cafes, and the beach.
Step inside to find bamboo floors, raised ceilings, and soft recessed lighting that create a calm, uplifting atmosphere. The open living and dining area flows onto an oversized wraparound patio, with sliding doors from both the living room and bedroom welcoming in the fresh ocean air. For movie nights, enjoy a built-in projector with a retractable screen that transforms the space into your own private theater.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with white granite countertops, a Wolf range, stainless steel appliances, a Breville Creatista espresso machine with a generous selection of Nespresso pods, a Breville toaster oven, and a crock pot. A brand-new washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.
The spa-inspired primary bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, and a separate stone shower, while a stylish powder room offers added comfort for guests.
This home is designed for both relaxation and creativity. Sonos speakers fill every room with rich sound, and music lovers will appreciate the collection of acoustic and electric guitars, a banjo, violin, cello, Japanese koto, and a rare 1920s Mason & Hamlin piano with ivory keys. Those inspired to record or create will find professional-grade equipment including a Shure SM7 microphone, a Scarlett Focusrite audio interface, and high-quality recording gear, along with lighting equipment and tripods for filming. Evenings can be spent enjoying the home karaoke machine with high-quality speakers and dual microphones.
Designed for extended stays, the home offers everything you need for comfort and convenience, including premium appliances, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and cooling, and a portable AC unit for added comfort. The building provides resort-style amenities with 24-hour security and concierge, a sparkling pool, three hot tubs, two saunas, a fully equipped fitness center, and elegant locker rooms with showers. Two gated, covered parking spaces are included, along with ample guest parking.
This monthly rental is available from August 20 through October 15, with ideal first rental dates from September 1 through October 1 and some flexibility possible. Weekly cleaning is included in the rental with our trusted housekeeper.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire unit and shared community amenities. The only exception is a weekly visit from our trusted housekeeper to ensure the home remains clean and comfortable throughout your stay. No one else will be accessing the property without prior approval.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
