Good Vibrations! 1-bedroom condo in Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, AL

Get away from it all in a quiet coastal location while enjoying our cozy beach condo, which sleeps up to 6 people. The condo has one bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Our cozy bunkbed nook can comfortably accommodate 2-3 small children or 2 adults, and a sofa bed for two more guests. The beautiful private beach and sparkling Gulf Coast waters are just a 3–5-minute walk from our door, with no streets to cross! Our guests enjoy access to the swimming pool and indoor spa, and exercise room right next to our first-floor beach condo.

Located along the coastline of the beautiful Fort Morgan peninsula, The Dunes condominium complex provides a relaxing, peaceful, family friendly environment with access to an incredible private beach. Perfect for small families or other small groups looking to get away and spend quality together away from noisy, crowded public beaches. Our beach condo provides a calming and comfortable space for reconnecting with loved ones and good friends. It has been fully updated with fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop, furniture, bathroom vanities, light fixtures, rustic wood accents, and stylish coastal décor. This convenient first floor condo provides about 737 sq. feet of space, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy ocean views from our large patio just steps from the pool, furnished with outdoor dining table and chairs. Guests have access to all the beach equipment provided in our outdoor storage closet next to the patio. The master bedroom has a new comfortable king bed, large closet, flat screen TV, and private ensuite master bathroom with full size tub and shower, sink, and toilet. The bunkbed nook, located in the hallway across from the guest bathroom, can accommodate 2-3 small children or up to two adults. The guest bathroom has a full bathtub with shower, mirror, cabinet, and sink. There is a comfy pullout sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, flat screen TV, and dining table in the open concept living area. There is free Wi-Fi, cable TV service is provided by Direct TV, and the smart TV in our living room provides easy access to all of your favorite streaming services, which you can access using your personal accounts. Visit with family and friends as you prepare meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Appliances include refrigerator with ice maker, brand new flat-top electric stove, and dishwasher, We also provide several small appliances such as a toaster, Keurig and filter-less drip coffee makers, crockpot, and blender for the convenience of our guests. There is a laundry closet next to the kitchen with full-size washer and dryer, and lots of shelving to double as a pantry. You can also grill up a feast at any of the outdoor BBQ area as well. The outdoor pool, (which also flows partially indoors), indoor hot tub, and exercise room, are conveniently located adjacent to our condo on the first floor.

We are located about 19 miles west of the city of Gulf Shores off the scenic Fort Morgan Highway (State Route 180). You will enter the Dunes resort (on your left as you’re headed west) and enter the gate using a code that will be issued to you after booking is confirmed. Our guests have full access to the entire condo and all amenities: free Wi-Fi and cable television, indoor hot tub, pool, exercise room, BBQ area with charcoal grill pits and tables, and deeded access to the boardwalk and private beach.

Purchase of a $30 per vehicle parking permit is required by our HOA to support our excellent security service. This is included for the first vehicle as a separate fee in addition to cleaning and rental fees. Additional parking permits may be purchased after booking has been completed.

Our beach condo is located about 19 miles (20-25 minutes) west of the city of Gulf Shores off of the scenic Fort Morgan Highway (State Route 180). Tacky Jacks Restaurant is located just across the street and Sassy Bass Amazing Grill is just a few miles down the road. The Fort Morgan Historic Site and Dauphin Island Ferry are less than 2 miles west of our place. The entire area is surrounded by some of the most intact remnants of naturally formed coastal dunes, wetlands, and forest, supporting a broad range of wildlife, including endangered species.

There are many outdoor adventures our guests can enjoy in the Fort Morgan area, such as the undeveloped, natural beauty preserved and protected as part of the nearby Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) and the Fort Morgan Historic Site. Bon Secour NWR has several hiking trails that provide opportunities for wildlife viewing, fishing, bird watching, and access to beautiful natural dune beaches: https://www.fws.gov/refuge/Bon_Secour/
