1-bedroom cottage with view of Lake Champlain; private yard, parking

The cottage is suitable for one person or couple and is available for a 4 to 8 week sublet starting mid-October (dates flexible). It features incredible views of Lake Champlain, off-street parking and a private back yard. Inside is very cozy and has a nice, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is also a den with TV and a half bath with the washer and dryer. Upstairs bedroom features a brand new queen bed, two chests of drawers and a full bathroom. The house is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from the main Church Street shopping and dining area, the coop market and the waterfront. Major grocery and other shops are a 10 minute drive. It is fully furnished with all utilities including wifi and smart TV. All household needs, kitchen utensils and appliances (including espresso machine) are included. Dogs can be considered on case by case if well behaved (no barkers, no furniture) and with a security deposit. Sorry - no cats due to allergies. Start and end dates are flexible and I can consider shorter rentals. I am subsidizing the rent a bit to get the right person here as this is my home, not an investment property. I am sure you will love it here.
