To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, please note the following:

🐾 No pets allowed unless approved in advance

🎉 No parties or events permitted

🛏 Crib or extra folding bed available upon request only – please let us know in advance

💡 Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use

🤫 We kindly ask you to keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and respect our neighbors

📄 Important Notes – Compliance & Legal
In accordance with Israeli law, we are required to collect a copy of your government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.

🇮🇱 Israeli Citizens: An additional 18% VAT will be added to the total price, as mandated by law.
🌍 Foreign Visitors: To be exempt from VAT, please present the B2 tourist visa slip received at passport control upon arrival in Israel.

📩 Check-in instructions will be shared once we’ve received either the B2 slip or VAT payment confirmation.
