We're so glad your group had plenty of space to spread out and that everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock, as well as the kayaks and paddle boat! We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. We know the condition of the dock was frustrating, and we're happy to share that after several months on a contractor waiting list, the dock has now been fully repaired and is safe and ready for guests to enjoy. We truly appreciate everyone's patience while that work was being completed. Since your stay, we've also completely replaced the garbage disposal, resolving that issue. We're actively working on repairing the sliding glass door track as well—it is functional but still sticks at times, and we understand how that could be especially frustrating for families with children. We also apologize that the outdoor trash bins were full upon your arrival. While we were able to send someone out to haul everything away shortly after, we understand it would have been much more convenient to have that taken care of before your stay. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving the experience for future guests, and we're glad your family was still able to make wonderful memories at the lake.
