In that case, we invite you to our newly renovated Villa Lumina, perfect for a stay with your whole family and friends. And as a bonus, you’ll enjoy a beautiful garden ideal for summer barbecues. A pleasant advantage is the ski bus stop (5 m), which allows you to reach all corners of the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše) both in summer and winter.

Villa Lumina will charm you with its stylish interior designed for up to 14 guests. The modern kitchen features clean lines and a refined design. It is equipped with quality appliances – a combined refrigerator, electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. After cooking and baking, simply load the dirty dishes into the dishwasher and relax with a delicious cup of coffee. The open-plan space also serves as a dining and lounge area with direct access to the terrace.

Spend your afternoon siesta on a comfortable sofa while watching your favorite series. Meanwhile, the little ones can enjoy themselves in the children’s corner full of toys. Outdoors, they can jump to their heart’s content on the trampoline. The night area consists of five bedrooms – two on the ground floor and three in the attic. Each room includes a double bed. In two additional rooms, the space can be extended with an extra bed in the form of a pull-out bed creating a full-sized sleeping area. For children, we provide a potty seat, a high chair, and a child’s potty.

Extra comfort is ensured by a total of four bathrooms and five toilets – three bathrooms are equipped with showers, while the fourth, located on the ground floor, includes a bathtub and bidet. Another separate toilet is located in the hallway. The added value of Villa Lumina is the spacious garden, where in the summer months you can refresh yourself in the outdoor pool. The entire property is fenced, so you’ll always have your children in sight. Throw some meat on the grill and enjoy precious moments with your loved ones. There is one parking space directly in front of the house, with additional parking available nearby.

For your first trip, we recommend visiting Farmapark Muchomůrka, located just 1.5 km away – children can enjoy various activities and pet animals there. Other popular summer attractions include the outdoor swimming pool Retropark Sejfy and the Baldův Svět amusement park. For easy hiking, visit the Tree Top Walk Krkonoše or take a trip to Černá Hora, which you can climb on foot or comfortably by the cable car called the “Černohorský express.” If you decide to spend Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or spring holidays with us, the Ski Resort Svoboda nad Úpou offers quality slopes, night skiing, and cross-country trails.
