3-bedroom house in sarasota fl

The home is pet-friendly (with a deposit), and there is a smoke-friendly area only outdoors. Internet and WiFi are provided.
If traveling with infants and small children, a high-chair and playpen are provided.

There are 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living room areas, and a two-car garage in the home. There are 4 twin beds (2 in each room near the bathroom) and a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The 2 living rooms can be used for work or rest. The big couch can also be used for a bed in the main living room area; there are no pull-out beds. The house has many windows that allow the relaxing sunlight and scenic area to flow into the home!

The outdoor porch has two sitting areas, one on the patio with a grill and a couple of chairs protected with mesh for when the mosquitoes come out at night. The other sitting area has chairs and tiki lights that can be lit at any time. There is a fire pit to enjoy a night to relax and have time together after an eventful day.

Attractions are close to the house! The house is only 15 minutes away from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport. One of the biggest hotspots for tourists, the University Town Center (UTC), is about 10 minutes away, allowing for easy access to the best areas of town! If you would like to go to some of the beaches from Florida's large number, Lido Beach and Saint Armands Circle are about 15 minutes away, Siesta Key is about 25 minutes away, and Coquina Beach and Anna Maria Island Beach are 30 minutes away, and so many more! They all have so many areas for you to see and explore!
