Condo with 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room and a balcony with amazing Ocean views. Located in a luxury resort directly on the Playa de Oro beach, in the hotel and business area, with amenities such as beach club, pool, spa, gym, children's area, restaurant, concierge, tennis court, along with some others… Next to it is La Isla shopping village and a few steps from nice restaurants. At 15 minutes from the airport and 10 to the Downtown Malecon area.

We have special rates for weekly or monthly stays that the platform applies automatically.
In monthly stays we provide the weekly cleaning service of the condominium.
The place has air conditioning in rooms and living-dining area and kitchen; interphone; in the living room there is a 50 "Samsung flat screen, with ROKU usb and high-speed Wi-Fi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed, for example Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc ...

Due to the resort's requirements, personal identification bracelets must be used to control access to common areas, and an access card must be used for the gym. Losing these bracelets will incur a charge of $2,000 pesos for each bracelet.
Upon check-out, they must be returned, regardless of whether they are damaged or broken. (There is no charge in this situation)

Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.

The price of this apartment includes 60 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico the electric power has a very high price so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population cannot afford, following these indications you will almost certainly have no extra charge.

In the condominium you have a safe deposit box, it will be provided to you in open mode and that way you will have to leave it when you check out, in case of leaving it blocked there would be a charge on your account of $ 100 USD.

Internet service we hire is from the one of the largest Mexican companies ¨TELMEX¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but no admitting no type of claim for faults in the service.

Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

In swimming pool areas do not eat food and drinks into the swimming pools; it is not allowed to carry glass utensils; only the individual lifeguards for children and the floats to the arms are allowed, among others are some of the rules to take into account when preparing your luggage or to go to this particular area.
Additional people are admitted in certain cases and may apply an additional fee, you should consult previously and provide information.

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

Your reservation is at your own risk in the event of travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may impact your stay dates. Please note that the Host does not offer refunds or date changes for travel restrictions, personal events, emergencies, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please only book if you are 100% sure of your dates. There is no flexibility for changes under any circumstances.

Our cancellation policy is strict. Please check the Airbnb cancellation section for exact terms. Please note that the Host will not make exceptions or additional refunds outside of what is stipulated by the platform.

The Host is not responsible for refunds for unused nights, trip interruptions, or any other reason.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in any eventuality.

DURING YOUR STAY

One set of towels is provided per person.

We do not provide extra towels, even for long stays. If you need more we will gladly provide them for you at an additional cost.

You may wash the towels provided, but they must not be mixed with other cloths or used to clean kitchen or floors. If they are damaged or stained, the cost of replacement will be charged through the platform.
A washing machine and clothes dryer have been installed in the unit for your exclusive use.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fine of $250 USD will be applied without exceptions.

ELECTRICITY POLICY

The rate includes 25 kWh per day, sufficient for normal use if the air conditioning does not remain on 24/7.

If the limit is exceeded, the additional consumption will be charged without extra charge, but without exception.

IMPORTANT

Failure to comply with any rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.

We are not responsible for noise or disturbances due to nearby constructions. We have no control over them and we do not offer compensation for this reason.
The water and internet service belong to companies outside of us, therefore any failure in these services or others in the apartment will not be cause for reimbursement since these services are not included in our rates.
