Modern Comfort 4 Bedroom w/ Pool and Spa

New custom home on a private street with an acre lot (shared backyard, pool and spa). Light, bright, open and airy! Master bedroom and bathroom are on the main level. Master has a king bed, private en-suite bathroom with walk in closet, separate shower and 22" deep, free standing soaking tub. Queen bed in bedroom 2, two full size beds in bedroom 3 and twin beds in bedroom 4. The hall bath features a shower/ tub combo with upgraded 22” deep soaking tub.

A large game room features a billiards tale, TV and Xbox One for some gaming fun!

Chef’s kitchen features GE Profile appliances and stylish custom cabinets with floating shelves. Stylish, modern fixtures give character and appeal to the Modern Comfort Custom Home with beautiful Mountain Views.

Large patio features a master patio sitting area, a large dining table and a propane BBQ. There is a Pool and spa in the shared backyard. Please let me know if/ when you will be using the spa with at least a couple hour head’s up notice, so I can turn it on (takes about 75 minutes to heat up in winter months).

We are 5 min drive from Gilbert Regional park which has multiple Pickleball Courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts and more! We have tennis rackets and pickleball gear that you can check out. We also have corn hole, football, whiffle ball, badminton, etc. here next door that you can borrow. Just let me know what you need and if we have it, you're welcome to borrow it!

PLEASE NOTE--There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. Not inside; not outside on the patios. As the backyard is shared, this rule will be strictly enforced. THANK YOU for following this important rule!

POOL/SPA RULES:

-Pool is not heated in the winter. It is too big to feasibly heat. Spa is heated year round. One hour of spa use per day is included in the rental price. Additional spa time is charged at cost ($15/hour).

- Guests acknowledge the presence of a fenced pool on site in the shared back yard and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.

- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained

-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, alcohol or glass in the pool/spa area. Deep end is 9ft. No children swimming without adult supervision.

- Pool hours: 7 AM - 10PM

- Pool/Spa features such as spillway, lights, blowers and spa heater can be turned on by request (please give an hour head's up notice to heat the Spa). Guests do not have access to on-site pool control board.

We had a wonderful stay! House is immaculate and well stocked. Kitchen had several small appliances (toaster, coffee maker/kcup, instapot, toaster oven, blender etc) which is nice if planning a longer stay. We did have access to the pool, but did not use due to our own schedules. Linens and beds were VERY comfortable, we all commented on that several times through our stay. Rooms were spacious.Check in and out was simple. Had great communication with owner. We had access to the garage, which we appreciated. Location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Even with construction close-by, we were unbothered by it. Queen Creek is easy to navigate and we were within minutes from restaurants, airport (Mesa Gateway) was an easy drive! View out the back window was very pretty.I would definitely stay here again!

I have been an Airbnb Superhost for over 5 years and truly enjoy hosting people from all over the world here! We're happy to have just recently added VRBO to our rental platforms and eager to meet families who rent through VRBO.

We have a wonderful, secluded & private compound here where we have built 4 homes, all ours...family lives in the first and last house and we rent the middle 2 houses out on Airbnb and VRBO. We are just 2 doors down, so if there is anything you need, just let me know!

Entire custom home is yours. An acre of grassy back yard is shared— make yourself at home playing football, whiffle ball, swimming or hot tubbing. The spa will need about 30-45 (75 min in winter months) minutes to heat up, so please let me know if you'd like the spa heater turned on with advance notice. And kindly let me know when you're done so I can turn it off. Guests must not fiddle with pool equipment as they may cause expensive damage, for which they would then be responsible to pay. Thanks!

There's plenty of entertainment and dining 10 minutes east of us in Queen Creek. Try out Pecan Lake Entertainment with ropes course, Go Kart Racing, 21 Hole Putting Course, Axe Throwing, Escape Rooms, etc. Fun for the whole family! There are several golf courses nearby with Seville Golf and Country Club right across the street! There's some great hiking just 10 min away in the San Tan Mountains, as well. For avid hikers, check out the trails in Superstition Mountain or Camelback Mountain, not too far away.
