Our adorable cottage offers a main floor master with dual closets, a sumptuous king sized bed, and layers of soft bedding. The office is across the hall in an adorable, quiet little room that can also be used as a guest room with a single daybed. The bathroom is cheery and bright. The new shower/tub and fixtures are divine. Enjoy the thick, organic cotton towels. The dining room is right next to the kitchen and opens to the living room for a bright, friendly space. The living room offers a convenient entry bench to store your shoes, coats, and bags. The leather couches bring comfort and ease to the space while the ROKU TV is easy for you to log into. I absolutely adore the cute kitchen with a brand new dishwasher and coffee/tea station. Off the kitchen, the sun room is my favorite room in the house. It is the perfect place to have a morning coffee or to read a book. Upstairs are two extra bedrooms if needed. Each has their own "personality" but include queen beds with organic cotton bedding and closets. The basement offers a laundry room, ironing board, and space for extra storage. Enjoy outdoor dining on the cute table or relax on the comfortable patio furniture. The back yard is conveniently fenced in and private. Please note: We do not treat our green spaces with any chemicals. It has been such a joy to decorate this sweet cottage with you in mind. Not only will you love this sweet home and neighborhood; you will truly enjoy your close proximity to downtown restaurants, Museum of Art, Botanical Conservatory, Embassy Theater, as well as many festivals. You are close to a variety of grocery stores; our favorites include Pio's Market, Jamison's Meats, and Green Dog Goods. Our award-winning coffee shop, Firefly Coffee, is close and our favorite little ice creamery, The Oh Five Scoop Shop, is a very short 4-block walk. We are 2 miles from the Ice House and less than 1 mile to the Coliseum and Glenbrook Mall area. Of course, we are happy to recommend more of our favorites.
