The Space:
Welcome to our freshly renovated, luxurious apartment in the heart of Warsaw, perfect for up to 4 guests. This spacious 80 m² apartment has been meticulously designed with exceptional attention to detail, as we originally planned to live here ourselves.
You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms – one with a King Size bed, and the other with two large beds that can be combined. The spacious living room, complete with an elegant sofa, TV, and kitchenette, provides both comfort and convenience.
There are two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bathtub – ensuring relaxation after a busy day exploring the city. The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, and designed for the highest standard of comfort.
We care deeply about maintaining this space, so smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.

Nearby, you can enjoy peaceful strolls in the beautiful Pole Mokotowskie Park and the Royal Łazienki Park, both ideal for nature lovers.
Our apartment is also close to the U.S. Embassy, just a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient for business travelers. Excellent transport links are at your doorstep with Politechnika Metro Station and several bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy to explore the entire city. Despite the lively surroundings, the apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere with well-soundproofed windows, ensuring a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect base for discovering the charms of Warsaw!

The apartment is accessed via a code on the main door handle, but please remember there is also an additional code for the intercom to open the building’s main entrance.
We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking an apartment, not a hotel.
BEFORE ARRIVAL: Make sure you’ve received the email with instructions and the apartment’s address. This will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing our neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our staff, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
❗A damage deposit of PLN 1 500 is required. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.

The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
