Wunderschönes Haus auf einer Klippe mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Pazifik. Es ist 45 Minuten von der Hauptstadt San Salvador und 45 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen entfernt.

Das Haus ist eine Architektur im ibizenkischen Stil mit mehreren Ebenen von Terrassen und Ambiente, wo Sie sich entspannen und die herrliche Aussicht genießen können. Der Pool befindet sich auf einer Ebene mit einer großen Palmdachranch, auf der Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Wellen auf den Felsen hören können.

Es ist ein Strandhaus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3, 5 Bädern. Einige der Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie den Meerblick genießen und einen ruhigen und erholsamen Moment verbringen können.

Das Playa Sunzal liegt 5 Minuten von Playa El Tunco entfernt, einem der beliebtesten Surferstrände in El Salvador mit zahlreichen Bars und Diskotheken mit Live-Musik. Our VRBO was in a great location with amazing views and all the comforts we could have asked for. The caretakers, Maria and Carlos, could not have been better. We stayed for a week, and the time flew by! The property was close to surfing beaches and many other places to visit. We spent hot afternoons relaxing in the pool while enjoying the ocean views and loved having so many different levels and areas around the property to unwind.The caretakers made sure everything was always clean and comfortable. They even helped us miss our own dogs a little less by letting us spend time with and play with their adorable dog, Chloe. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

All discriminations in other reviews are very accurate as to how beautiful this place is. Carlos and Maria (the caretakers) are beyond phenomenal! Only criticism I have that I did not see in other reviews, the place definitely needs to take a break from customers and catch up on some much needed maintenance. The roof over the master bedroom literally lifts up then slams down during a strong storm (a bit alarming at 4am). The switch box in the hammock area will light you up if your hands are wet. Pool tiles are becoming less and less (missing tile sections are sharp). It would have been nice to have an umbrella on the round table.

Paradise with a view - perfect for our large group

16 ppl from 5 families stayed one week at this beautiful property. The house had many areas for lounging, eating and relaxing so we never felt like we were falling over each other. The location is just a short uber ride away from some great surf spots and night life if you want it

Beautiful property right on the beach, nice views, cleans house, loved waking up to the sound of the waves and best of all very attentive people in the property. This house is truly AMAZING!! So beautiful!! No exaggeration when they say AMAZING VIEWS!! Everything was on point. This place does not disappoint. I cannot say enough. Our stay at the beach house on the cliff was absolute perfection. It was absolutely as advertised. The house has a wonderful layout and very accommodating for a large group. beautiful house, accommodates a big family and friends, the caretakers are very respectful and helpful. we enjoyed the private beach and the views. the fact that is next door to Beto's restaurant is fantastic if you don't feel like cooking. overall it was an excellent choice. we all enjoyed it.

We stayed at this home in July we were a party of 13 and we loved this home it is very beautiful very clean I felt very safe Maria and her husband take care of the property and opened the gate for us every time we went out they are very nice and very friendly the house is right next to betos restaurant and that restaurant is amazing!!! Maria recommended a pupusa place down the street it was so delicious we would definitely come back here again

Travel Buddies celebrating a birthday

This was one of the most amazing homes I have ever stayed!!! Caretaker Maira was a complete doll and even brought me a birthday cake and the owner a small gift! Wow! Such a beautiful house with so much charm all around, my favorite was the set up 3 massages on the deck at 8pm and it was outstanding to hear that ocean while getting a massage!!!!!

Amazing El Tunco Home

Outstanding home with great views and amazing location. Walkable to Beto’s seafood, Puerto Vikingo and Cadejo Brewing and only a 5 min drive to El Tunco for nightlife. Less than 30 minutes from Tamanique waterfalls. Huge compound with ridiculous views, private beach access. Carlos and Maria were gracious hosts and were very welcoming. They made our stay that much more authentic and fun. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic home

What an oasis!! The views start from the moment that you walk through the front door. We had some a wonderful time. Right down the street from Sunzal and El Tunco. Carlos and Maria were always available for any of our needs. Their family even joined us for a non traditional Thanksgiving meal that we all created together. This was the perfect relaxing week that our family needed.

Incredible Vacation Spot

I've traveled quite a few places but this has to be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. Spent a week here with the whole family and had a great time. The caretakers, Carlos and Maria, were incredibly helpful. They provided us water, cleaned each morning, and were completely accommodating to our comings and goings. Carlos and I even caught fish in the surf from the house. There are good restaurants within walking distance and it's not far from La Libertad or even day trips up to San Salvador. The best part was watching the sun set over the ocean each evening.

Fantastic Views

This property has amazing views of the pacific ocean from almost every area/room, and it starts from the moment you walk through the front door! The sunsets were incredible, as was the property's private access to the beach! There are lots of exterior sitting areas, with amazing ocean views, including extra large dining table area, pool area with table and umbrella, and the palapa sitting area with comfy jamacas! Owners were very nice and responsive prior to and during our stay. Maria (the lady that lives on the property in a separate building) and her husband were nice and helpful too.

This property is unique because of its location ,it seats on a cliff and has beautiful views from everywhere. It is part of an exclusive club called Xanadu with a beautiful private beach. The property is the only one that has a private access from the road which makes it easier to get to. We are at walking distance from one of the best seafood restaurants of the area.
