Well equipped apartment close to everything.

The place was spotless and Cecilia was a great help in arranging transportation from the airport directly to the apartment. There are two TVs, not that we had much time to watch, and a great ghetto blaster with some excellent local FM stations. The bed was also very comfortable. There’s a little store for essentials practically next door and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed for about a week and a few days. It was very nice. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Many grocery stores convenient to the apartment. Very close to many metro stops,so moving about the city was very easy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they are very helpful with transportation to and from the airport. It is an easy walk to the Obelisk and entertainment such as Tango Porteno. Loved having the 24 hour security in the lobby. Felt safe and secure the whole time.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage ..

DEUTSCH - Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht in diesem Appartment! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer modernen Wohnung erwartet, darüber hinaus ist sie ästhetisch eingerichtet und die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt. Für zwei Personen perfekt. Sie ist ruhig, sauber und hat schnelles W-LAN. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Teatro Cervantes und Umgebung ist großartig. Die Wohnung liegt in einem der schönsten Teile von Buenos Aires und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Cecilia ist super aufmerksam und kümmert sich wirklich um alles! Sie bleibt mit den Gästen in Kontakt. Hoffentlich ist die Wohnung bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Buenos Aires wieder frei für uns! ESPAÑOL - Pasamos un tiempo muy agradable en este apartamento! Todo Lo que se espera en una vivienda moderna está disponible. Además de estar decorado con una elegante estética, las habitaciones están bien distribuidas. Perfecto para dos personas. Es silencioso, limpio y tiene wifi rápido. La vista desde el balcón al Teatro Cervantes y sus alrededores es fantástica y te hace sentir seguro y agradecido. El apartamento está ubicado en una de las partes más hermosas e interesantes de Buenos Aires y se encuentra a poca distancia de lugares escenciales para visitar, como librerías, teatros, galerías, plazas, pizzerías y otras atracciones que hacen a Buenos Aires una ciudad única en el mundo. Cecilia es super atenta y realmente se preocupa por todo, manteniendo contacto con los invitados por lo que puedan necesitar. Pleasant Apartment with a great central location

Our second stay in 4 months! Several small maintenance items came up, but to be expected in a rental unit, but most corrected with dispatch. The manager Cecilia is affable and will to do whatever needs to make one comfortable and welcomed. We will stay here again.

Well located apartment

This is an apartment located in an older building across the street from the Teatro Cervantes in Buenos Aires. The apt is comfortable, is wonderfully located between two parks, and the SubeT is nearby. Cecilia was very sweet, helpful, and even though she was going on vacation the week my husband and I rented, she gave us contact info in case we needed anything! Yes, we would stay at this Barrio Norte apt again when we return to Buenos Aires!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. A property which offers much to the tourist !!

The building offers 24 hr doormen for security, and the Owner/Manager Cecilia was very cordial and helpful. We have been visiting Argentina over the past 40 years, and we have to say this was one of the more enjoyable properties we have experienced. Like most rental properties there are little 'problems' which were swiftly taken care of by Cecilia. We visit Buenos Aires 2-3 times a year, and we will definitely stay here again. Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I had an incredible stay at this apartment. First, Cecilia Franzini (the owner/landlord) is amazing. She is extremely responsive and attentive to all your needs. During our stay, there were some minor things (like lightbulbs & cabinets) that needed fixing. I also requested a sharper cutting knife (as the one we had was dull). She came over the same day and not only fixed the issues immediately, but also brought over a brand new cutting knife. I also liked the dish rack in the house and wanted to find my own to buy. I mentioned this to Cecilia, and while she was out she saw one, and was so gracious to purchase and pick it up for me. As for the apartment, it was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was super comfortable, clean, homey, and is LITERALLY in the heart of the city-- within walking distance of anything and everything you want to be near to (best pizza - Guerrin and incredible grill- Parrilla Pena-- so good we ate there both 2x). For myself and my husband, we were in BA specifically for a medical procedure. The apartment was just 3 blocks from our doctor. It couldn't have been a more perfect spot! We also enjoyed cooking dinners and breakfasts in the full kitchen. The apartment is a block away from a bakery with some delicious facturas con dulce de leche. I would go each morning to pick some up fresh for breakfast. The apartment is also extremely safe with very nice and polite 24/hr doormen. All in all...I cannot say enough about this apartment and our stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you Cecilia for everything and for treating us just like family. xoxoxoxo

Stayed here for 3 months!

Stayed in this apartment for 3 months (87 nights) from January to April. I will just say that it is an amazing location. You will find everything here; Restaurants, shopping, security and public transportation just outside the doorstep. I used the gym and also rooftop jacuzzi. This place is a gem. I was not sure if i wanted to stay here or in "safer" Palermo. I am so happy i made my choice of staying here. It is just as safe. Had no incidents here in BsAs. Nothing. I used my iPhone all the time, taking fotos, using maps, etc. on the streets, nothing. But of corse use common sense. (That goes for every big city). I also went out late 02-03am and arrived even later. So it is safe, safe as Palermo. Staying here is also more close to everything, You can walk to microcentro (walking streets of Lavalle and Florida- shopping), to the bars and restaurants close to the cemetery, a 20 min walk to the business area and posh restaurants at the harbour (Puerto Madero). Everything is within walking distance. Also, lots of public transportation, for easy access to La Boca, San Telmo, Belgrano etc. The Apartment itself is perfect. it has everything you need. Great wifi-connection, fully equipped kitchen, great shower (with lots of hot water), and the bed is great! Had some extremely hot days and the air-conditions worked perfectly (yes, air-conditions, because you have two! Bedroom and living room!) When I go back I will most definitely stay here (if available). The host is amazing, always available if I had any questions or if I needed help or something else. She is extremely professional and helpful. For my 3 months stay I am so pleased, so happy for staying at this location! Thank you so much for making my stay in BsAs a perfect 10 star experience Cecilia! :)

SUPERBE APPARTEMENT EN PLEIN CENTRE BUENOS AIRES

Superbe localisation pour cet appartement situé sur la rue LIBERTAD en plein centre de Buenos-Aires entre les avenues CALLAO et SANTA FE près des théâtres CERVANTES et COLON, 2mn de la ligne A du métro et 5mn de la ligne B. En suivant la rue LIBERTAD, vous êtes à 15 mn à pied du fameux quartier de la RECOLETA : profitez-en pour s’arrêter dans le fameux café « la Biela » (la bielle). L’appartement situé au 5ième étage d’un immeuble moderne gardé 24h/24h, est lumineux, confortable et tranquille pour cette situation centrale : on entend à peine les rumeurs de la ville de la chambre qui donne côté cour. Accueil chaleureux de Cécilia.

Nice apartment, great location.

We had a very nice week at the apartment. It is confortable and very well located, in between the business area and the more residential/turistic Recoleta. The apartment has the basics in the kitchen. The bed sheets are the best we had in all the apartments we rented. The towels are OK. Overall, it is a great apartment, but it may need more than a superficial cleaning. Cecilia was a wonderful host and very understanding when we "misplaced" one of the keys (later found). Also, we felt secure at all hours.

Brilliant place to stay

We had the perfect stay in this apartment which is very conveniently located for sight seeing and restaurants. We were three, me and my husband and our 15 year old son. It was very clean and comfortable and safe with 24 hour porters. I would highly recommend the apartment, but I would even more highly recommend the helpful services of Cecilia who made us feel very welcome and Mingo who drove us around.

Downtown Apartment

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks in February. The apartment is located in a contemporary building on the 5th floor. There is doormen at all times stationed at the entrance who are very pleasant and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and well stocked for an extended visit. The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment which shields the incursions of urban life and traffic noise. Since we travel light, it was helpful to have laundry facilities on the premises. The bus and subway systems were close by for trips beyond walking distance. It took us a while to find a larger grocery store. There are a number of smaller ones close by but we were happy to discover the Disco grocery store a few blocks north of the apartment. Our routine was to have a breakfast in the apartment, do touristy things during the day and eat our major meal (between 1-3) at a nearby restaurant, and then have a light (cold) dinner at night. Portions at restaurants are large so you do not want much at night. We ate at a variety of neighborhood locations but found Moliere to be the best. It is located north of the apartment on Juncal just west of Liberdad. Ask for the Executive Menu. Lunch, in general, is a 1 1/2 to 2 hour affair so be prepared for some seat time. We also became dependent upon an artisan bakery around the corner that supplied my wife with her croissants and crusty breads. We had a pleasant stay and would certain look to use this apartment again if we are planning a return trip. The apartment had cable television with a variety of channels and the Internet signal was strong and stable. We are seasoned users of rental apartments and can be considered low maintenance. Buenos Aires is an interesting city in many respects and certainly worthy of a visit.

We had an awesome stay

C, the host, was very prompt and helpful from the very first communication and went above and beyond once we arrived. The apartment is exactly as per the pictures with everything you could need: great wifi, tv (if you understand Español but, for the gringo me, interesting to watch nonetheless) and all the amenities/facilities, even the doormen are excellent always smiling. You over look Teatro Cervantes and 2 blocks from Teatro Colon, 9th of July Ave (Main Street of central BA) is one block away, steps from San Telmo, Palermo is a easy cheap cab ride away, subway also 2 blocks away, many supermarkets very close by, restaurants..... Location, location, location. Fantastic host, amazing location and it's Buenos Aires..... I can't wait to come again

GREAT FIND

The apartment is just as depicted in the photographs. It is not luxurious but extremely well appointed and clean. While it could use a fresh coat of paint, that does not deter from the enjoyment of the bright unit with partial view of the Cervantes theatre and beautiful architecture. The only bedroom is ample and located in the back of the apartment which allows for a restful night of sleep. Location is wonderful, and it feels safe. One block away from beautiful parks, and walking distance for many enjoyable places and venues, such as the Colon theatre. Cecilia is just fantastic, easy to communicate with, honest and reliable. She makes the tenant feel at ease and provides with top level service. I would not hesitate renting from her again in the future.

Maravilhoso.

O apartamento é excelente com tudo e muito mais que precisamos, ele é amplo, confortável, muito bem equipado, localização excelente, tudo próximo ( metrô, restaurantes, teatros, cafés, supermercados, etc. ). A quem irá à Buenos Aires recomendo sem pestanejar. Além de tudo ainda tem o suporte da Cecília, que é um capítulo à parte, nos atendeu maravilhosamente, sempre solicita em nos auxiliar para que a experiência em Buenos Aires seja a melhor possível. Enfim, excelente!!! Parabéns Cecilia!!
