The Boutique is a small cozy, private unit for one person or couple who’s looking for a stay centrally located in the university neighborhood in downtown Newark. It’s a private space within the historical James Street Commons. It has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The unit is just two short blocks from the train to NYC, walking distance from Whole Foods, Starbucks and other amenities; one block from the Newark Museum, the main branch public library and historic Washington Park.

For your security and ease, you’ll receive a personalized smart code for both the main entry and your private unit.

Important: We are not responsible for package deliveries during your stay. Please do not schedule deliveries unless you are able to be present to receive them.

Please Note: stairs are required to access the unit, and no handrails are available. Guests with mobility concerns should keep this in mind before booking.
