Moderna Suite GPT with a swimming pool and parking

The GPT Suite is a small, one-bedroom apartment that has everything needed for a comfortable stay for 2 people, which can be extended to 4. It has all the amenities required for modern life for couples, executives, professors, and businesspeople. The building has outstanding common areas, such as a rooftop swimming pool, a meeting room (requires reservation), and industrial washers and dryers in the basement (for a small additional fee).

The apartment is completely electric and safe, with no gas connections. The building has a boiler on the top floor, guaranteeing water pressure and temperature. It features a new 3500-frigorie air conditioner, perfect for Tucumán's heat. The swimming pool is available for free during the summer. A barbecue area/rooftop terrace or meeting space is available for our guests with a reservation and an additional cost.

Street parking is allowed right in front of the building from 10 PM to 6 AM. For more convenience, we offer a private garage one block away.

The GPT Suite is located in the heart of the South District, close to the Courts, the Bar Association, parks and squares, Padilla Hospital, the Technical Institute, the Rectory of the National University of Tucumán, SENASA, La Kehilá de Tucumán, and the Argentine-Hebrew Independence Integral School.

We are an inclusive space: all identities and orientations are welcome.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Children are welcome, accompanied by their parents. However, we do not provide cribs or special rates. The use of the swimming pool and access to the balconies are the exclusive responsibility of the parents.
