Cozy 2 Bedroom Close to Downtown
Enjoy a relaxing stay mere minutes from everything Nashville has to offer! Set up as a "home away from home," this unit is perfectly suited for relocation, contract workers, and advanced study students. This 30 plus day stay property has been designed to have all of the storage and full sized items needed for long stays, while remaining cozy and low maintenance. No pets, extremely clean, wifi included, W/D, & free private parking for 2 vehicles!
The space: Everything that makes a stay more enjoyable has been thought of! Usable storage, functional and comfortable furniture, porch lights, exterior corner lights, privacy window film, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, dimmers, etc!
You'll enter to the living room, featuring a Joybird love seat, Koala oversized chair, Fire TV (amazon log in needed), and a console for storage by the front window. There are roman shades throughout, and the kitchen lights are dimmable.
The living room and kitchen/dining are open concept, and there is a small breakfast nook with storage by the other front window. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a fridge, hood vent, and all small appliances that you may need (toaster, microwave, blender, etc).
The first bedroom has a king sized bed, two night stands, and a dresser for additional storage with a large mirror. There are two small closets in this room as well, with a dressing mirror. The bedside and overhead lights are dimmable.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and toppers for added comfort, as well as a desk with storage and an open wardrobe suitable for two.
This is the first unit of three in the building (closest to the main road) and is the only unit will a full yard that is fenced. It also has a deck with adirondack chairs for warmer months! Crepe Myrtles bloom in the Spring for a beautiful view out of the front windows, and the greenery adds privacy throughout the warmer months. None of the units allow pets, and parking is off road and private. The neighborhood is a mix of existing/older homes and new construction (two recently completed next door), and the house is walking distance to Retrograde Coffee as well as Aroi by Smiley Thai (amazing food).

I am a Nashville native and have been in real estate, primarily working with relocation clients, for over 10 years. I found a lack of affordable accommodations near the urban core, with everything needed to live as you would in your own home, as many clients need these for a month or more while transitioning. I decided to convert my three rental properties into monthly stays to serve that market!

I purchased this tri-plex in City Heights long before the neighborhood became a hot area in Nashville. Now it is filled with new builds and existing homes being remodeled. I can see why this has become the next neighborhood focused on development as it is central to everything Nashville has to offer without being as loud and busy as downtown.

This neighborhood is a short drive to downtown, Sylvan Park, Germantown, The Gulch, and The Nations. All areas that have a lot of entertainment and shopping/dining options. There are a few walkable options now, and more are slated to be constructed in the coming years. This is your quintessential "up and coming" neighborhood.
