​​​​​​​This home is mostly set up for our guests with a few personal items in closets and garage. There are quite a few items in the pantry, feel free to use anything you need out of it but please don't take anything home with you.
As mentioned, we have a private, heated pool. Which means it is heated enough to take off some of the chill. It won't be as warm as an indoor heated pool.
The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool, or anywhere on the property.
If you experience any problems with the pool, (i.e. water is unusually low or very cold etc) please don't attempt to fix it yourself. Feel free to reach out to us and we can assist.
There is a grill as well as some pool toys available!

Pool Heating Notice
Our pool is equipped with a heater to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that during colder winter months, when outside temperatures drop, the heater may not always be able to bring the water up to your desired warmth. We appreciate your understanding!
