Mauli Niwas is a peaceful 1.5 BHK villa, perfect for a short getaway of 2-3 days. It offers a natural and quiet environment where you can relax and unwind.

The villa includes:

• 1 Bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe
• 1 Kitchen with a water purifier
• 1 Living room (hall) – 4 extra mattresses
• 1 Bathroom with a geyser
• 1 Toilet
• 1 Storage room
• A terrace
• 5 CCTV cameras for security
• Inverter backup for power

There is no TV in the villa, so you can enjoy your time without screens and connect with nature. It’s also a great place for meditation and peace of mind.

Nearby, you’ll find Panshet Dam, and just in front of the villa, there is a small lake where you can try fish catching. There is also space available for a bonfire.

We do organic farming on the property. There’s no show-off, no swimming pool, and no lawn—just pure nature and direct farming. You can go to the river to enjoy or even try some trekking.

If you prefer cooking your own food, you can bring your groceries with you. There is a daily charge of ₹500 for using the gas cylinder and utensils. If you prefer not to cook, you can order from a local hotel. They will deliver food to the villa and also clean the room afterward.

The villa is just 40 to 50 minutes from Pune. Up to 6 people can comfortably stay here.
