DAMAGE WAIVER: A non-refundable $35 damage protection fee is required within a hour of booking, this covers accidental damage during the stay up to $1,000 and removes the need for a security deposit.

- Laundry Services on P level with vending and ice machine. Drink machines are located on the 4th floor by the elevators.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please, let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking:

This is a smoke-free condo. Please respect our no-smoking policy to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. There is a $200 cleaning fee assessed for smoked-in rooms.



No Pets:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo or resort facilities.



Housekeeping:

The condo will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For extended stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.



Beach Umbrella and Chair Rentals:

You can seasonally book Umbrella and Chairs through the lifeguards



Resort Wristbands:

You will be provided with resort wristbands upon check-in, which are required for access to the pools and other amenities. Please wear them at all times while on the property.



Noise Levels:

Please be mindful of noise, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.



Parking Garage:

Larger vehicles can park on the bottom level of the parking garage and oversized vehicles may find parking to the left of the resort entrance. - - - Regular parking clearance 6 foot 6 inches and lower level garage parking 7 foot 6 inches.
