A friend and I had a girl's weekend before attending a work conference and we found this to be a very cozy, clean, and quiet stay. it was a plus we were able to open the windows! The host was very nice also. Would stay again!

Holiday weekend

Carolyn’s guest suite was perfect for our little holiday weekend. My partner and i had a great time watching the sunset and subsequent fireworks from the porch! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the place for sure. (and a good deal)

A Cute Oasis

Conveniently located near The Biltmore, shopping , restaurants, and breweries. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. We were only in town for 4 days and this property fit our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend and would repeat.

Cute, quaint, & clean!

This property is located in the cute neighborhood of Oakley. Carolyn has accurately described her rental property, has cleaned her rental very well, and was very responsive and detailed in her check in instructions. This was the perfect little spot for my husband and me, close to Biltmore, the Biltmore village, breweries, restaurants, and shopping!

Great Studio

This is a great place to stay. Cozy, clean studio perfect for two. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to Biltmore. Easy 10 minute drive to downtown. The bed is very comfortable and clean…. Shower is great with lots of hot water and pressure. Has a small refrigerator and microwave, perfect for your doggie bags from all the great restaurants in Asheville. Has a keurig coffee maker but it’s just a few minutes drive to the Daily Grind coffee shop to get an outstanding cup of coffee in the morning. The host Carolyn is lovely and very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, host and space!

This place was perfect for our mother daughter trip! It was amazingly clean. The host was wonderful!!! We got to see her a couple times and she was so friendly. She made sure everything was going well, and she made awesome recommendations for a place to eat! I can’t say enough about the location of this place. We were never more than a 15 minute drive to any of the towns attractions and usually it was more like a 10 minute drive or less! This is a perfect spot if you are visiting the Biltmore. She had coffee and creamer for us too! If we are ever in Asheville again, we will stay here for sure!

Just Perfect

Owner is friendly, very eager to serve and was super responsive throughout our 6-night stay. The apartment is clean and efficiently arranged with just enough space and storage for clothes. The bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. The shower is big with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The HVAC unit was very quiet - unnoticeable at night. The location is great - super quiet, tucked away behind the main home overlooking a beautiful large treed backyard in a charming older neighborhood with no thru traffic and just minutes from everything. For the price this was an outstanding value. We highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and affordable

My husband and I stayed here this weekend and had a lovely time. The room is small but clean and well-organized to make maximum use of space. The location is an easy drive to downtown and the owner is a total sweetheart. If you want pleasant, no-frills accommodations for a third of the price of hotels, this is a winner.

Quick Trip to Asheville

This was a perfect cozy and quaint place for just the two of us. The host was super helpful with checkin. It is a quiet cul-de-sac street in a private neighborhood within just a few driving minutes away from the major attractions we want to see at the Biltmore and city. We felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. There are stairs and private entrance in the back of home, so if you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to reconsider this as an option.
