The proximity to Silvio Pettirossi International Airport (just 8 minutes away) was a game-changer. I noticed how many visitors to Paraguay struggled with long commutes from downtown accommodations to catch early flights or arriving exhausted from international travel. Here, guests can sleep in and still make their flights comfortably, or arrive and be relaxing in the apartment within minutes.

What I love most about this area is the authentic Paraguayan neighborhood feel. You'll see families walking to the nearby Ñu Guazú Park in the evenings, kids playing soccer in the streets, and neighbors greeting each other warmly. It's real Paraguay, not a tourist bubble.
