While it may not be quiet, many guests appreciate the convenience and accessibility. Regarding communication, all of your questions were answered in a timely manner. Your reservation began at 3 PM, and arrival at 12 AM still falls within your booked stay, which is why that night remained chargeable. As for your safety concerns, the area does have regular foot traffic consistent with a busy city environment. We have hosted multiple guests during the same timeframe—including several women—who completed their stays without any issues or complaints.
