For the first time, guests can experience Our Place in the Sun, a newly constructed luxury home in Seaside, Florida, designed for those who appreciate the very best in coastal living. Just 351 feet from beach access and one block from the iconic Seaside Amphitheater, this private retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and timeless seaside charm.
From the moment you arrive, the home makes a striking impression. From parking for two cars in front of the white picket fence to two expansive, open-air porches that span the full length of the house. Furnished for both comfort and style, the lower porch features plush club chairs and a dining table for three — perfect for morning coffee or evening wine after a day at the beach.
Inside, the first floor is anchored by a stunning chef’s kitchen, centered around a 10-foot quartzite island with seating for four. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, from the commercial-grade Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas range with center griddle to the white farmhouse sink and custom cabinetry stocked with high-end cookware. A built-in dining bench and farmhouse table comfortably seat eight or more, while the open living space invites relaxation with oversized sofas, club chairs, and a large flat-screen TV.
