Surf City Swell Beach House





Part beach bungalow, part surf shack, but all cozy 4-bedroom beach cottage. A mid-century modern inspired house steps from the beach. With it's mid-century modern inspired living room, and a wide open back deck, this is where you'll want to be for your week at the beach.



The house has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 bedroom on the lower floor. The 4th bedroom on the lower floor has a private entrance with easy access to the rear deck. Perfect for those who are on the go early or out late. Each upstairs bedroom features a comfy queen bed. Lower level bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large smart TV for streaming or gaming. The 4th bedroom with private entrance has a queen bed.



Fresh linens, and fluffy towels are included in the rental fee for use during your stay. Beds will be made for your arrival. Upon departure, no need to strip beds or start the laundry. Our five star cleaning staff will handle that for you.



A 4 seat golf cart is available for rent with the house for an additional fee for the week (valid driver's license and proof of insurance required). Please message for additional information.





The house is equipped with an exterior cargo elevator, AC, heating, large gas grill, wifi, washer & dryer, and an open concept living and dining room that opens up to the spacious covered back deck for dining and relaxing after a day of jumping in the waves or strolling the beach.



The lower deck features a seating area for some quiet time. There's an outdoor shower for the best post beach rinse off! An exterior deep basin sink and counter are available for cleaning your catch of the day on the pier. Spacious decks run along 3 sides of the house.



No pets allowed.
