The space
This amazing NO PETS one bedroom lakefront condo allows you to escape from the everyday and partake in awesome outdoor activities or come for rest, relaxation and to just get away!

Newly renovated with high quality quartz, luxury vinyl plank, neutral super paint, ample private balcony overlooking the pool and lake. An on-site private boat dock. All to provide a quiet and unforgettable relaxing time

The building counts with elevator access and is conveniently located next to the Yacht Club and Marine
The space
The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, flatware, glasses, and of course a coffee maker.

Fresh linen and extra pillows for both beds is provided. Plenty of ceiling fans provide a welcome breeze.

Upscale bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, and a hair dryer. Iron is also available.

There are two last generation Smart TVs in the unit compatible with your preferred streaming accounts. Ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

Coin operated washer and dryer are in the utility room next door.

Pets and smoking are NOT permitted at this property.

We aim at nothing less than a Five Star experience. A professional cleaning service sanitizes after each guest, restock supplies as needed, and places fresh linen prior to your arrival.

If you are into water sports, then water sports and outdoor activities are available nearby.

Access to Swimming pools, Children's Playgrounds, "hike and bike" trails, Fitness Facility and Tennis Courts are among the many amenities included in your stay. Guest access
Guests have access to coin-driven laundry machines adjacent to the unit, Walden Yacht Club pools, restaurants, Racquet and Fitness center as well as lake ramps. There are also parks for the kids and for pets to enjoy just a short walk down the street.
Parking lot and boat slips are free of charge. Need a rental boat, let us know.
Highly recommended babysitting services are also available upon request.
Early check-in and late checkout are sometimes available upon request.
Other things to note
The condo is all electric so do not worry about carbon monoxide or methane gases.
All floors are vinyl plank, so you do not need to remove shoes or worry about carpet allergies, etc.
The Walden Racquet Club has tennis courts both open and roofed, exercise gym and showers. The gym hours are as follows:
Monday-Thursday 5AM-9PM
Friday 5AM-8PM
Saturday 8AM-5PM
Sunday 10AM-5PM
After these hours the tennis courts are accessible from the side gate on the left side and open for play until 11PM. Tokens for tennis lights are sold in the Walden Pro Shop which has more limited hours.

The Yacht Club Lakefront Poolside Bistro casual restaurant is walking distance and serves food and drinks in a casual atmosphere with sports on big screen TV.

The Walden Yacht Club pool rules: All people must wear appropriate bathing suits. No gym shorts, cutoffs, underwear, undergarments, Brazil/French-cut, thong style and/or revealing swimwear or other converted street clothing may be worn as bathing suits. Please respect that this is a family pool and modesty is encouraged.

Items left after guest departure can be returned with prepayment of shipping cost plus $5 service fee.
