Security camera: There is one security camera in the alley leading to the front door of Lunas guesthouse. Other cameras, such as the one in the yard and the ring camera on the door have been deactivated.
EV charger: Please note, we DO NOT have EV charging capability on the property. Please plan charging your EV accordingly.
Guests have access to the front yard. Guests do not have access to the garage, which is used to store supplies and is occupied by the tenants in the main house. The front yard is shared in that the tenants in the main house will use it to access the main house from the garage. The tenants won't use the amenities in the front yard.
Property manager will be available by messages prior to and during the stay. Property manager will be available by text messages or phone calls during the stay.
PETS: As of today, we allow one house-trained and neutered pet per stay for a pet fee of $150. Service animals are always welcome and do not apply to the pet policy below. If you have more than one pet that wishes to join the trip, please reach out to host for details. Please communicate immediately with us any damage or things worth noticiting related to your pet during your stay, so our maintenance team can be prepared and get things ready for the next guests. It is what it is and we just hope to do whatever we can to minimize the impact to the next guests before they arrive. Meanwhile, we can work together to find the best solution. Most of the times, these will be covered under our insurance or platform insurance so please do not worry about that. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Pets are allowed on the premises of the vacation rental subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
1. Guests are required to disclose the presence of any pets prior to booking the vacation rental. Failure to disclose pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
2. A maximum of 1 pets are allowed per reservation. Only domesticated pets such as dogs and cats are permitted. Guests must provide information about the breed, size, and age of their pets.
3. Guests are responsible for the behavior and well-being of their pets at all times. Pets must be under the control of their owners and kept on a leash or within a carrier when outside the vacation rental. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO AND BY YOUR PET.
4. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, or chairs. Guests are responsible for bringing appropriate pet bedding or crates for their pets.
5. Guests are required to clean up after their pets both inside and outside the vacation rental. Waste bags or scooping tools must be used to remove pet waste, which should be disposed off in designated trash containers.
6. Pets should not be left unattended in the vacation rental, NO MATTER if they are in a crate or confined to a specific area approved by the property owner. Excessive barking or any other disturbance caused by pets may result in eviction from the premises.
7. Guests are liable for any damages caused by their pets. Any damages, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or odors, will be assessed and charged accordingly.
8. The vacation rental owner or property management company reserves the right to deny entry or request the removal of any pet that is deemed aggressive, disruptive, or poses a threat to the safety of other guests, staff, or property.
9. An additional pet fee per pet may apply. This fee covers the cost of extra cleaning and potential damages associated with pets.
