**No crypto mining or use/charging of any belongings that require more than usual electricity. You will be billed for any electric/gas/water charges in excess of the usual day to day usage.

**No loud noise or music past 9:00 pm.

**** Guest Limit Policy: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation (maximum of 12) are permitted on the property. This policy is strictly enforced for insurance purposes. Any additional overnight guests beyond the registered number are prohibited and will incur a penalty of $200 per person, per night.

**** Reservation Policy: The VRBO account holder who made the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund, in accordance with Airbnb’s third-party booking policy.

• A smart home device is installed in the living room . This device monitors noise decibel levels and detects any signs of smoking. However, it does not record audio or video.

• All camera devices are located outside the property and are positioned away from the interior to maintain your privacy. No indoor cameras are present, and the devices remain operational 24/7.
