With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a gathering space that can host up to 40 people it's the perfect space for all your needs. This beautiful brick home sits on a working cattle farm ans is steps away from Gibson City's golf course. The picturesque views are endless!

4 bedrooms are available. Primary bedroom has a Sleep Number, dual control, split twin style, King sized bed. The adjacent bedroom has a queen sized bed and office space. The third bedroom has two twin beds and lots of closet space. The fourth bedroom has a full sized mattress and doubles as a library.
The house has two full bathrooms. One with a full tub/shower also houses the washer/dryer. The other bathroom has a large standing shower.
The main living room has a smart tv and comfy couches.
the dining room can seat 10 people. The kitchen has all essential ammenities. There is a great room that can be used for an extra $150 as a gathering space where you can host up to 40 people for a small event/meeting. Upon booking please let us know if you plan on utilizing it.

Access to the entire main floor of the house will be provided as well as the garage. Please do not enter any of the other buildings or fenced areas on the property. The house sits on a working cattle farm and we want to keep both our guests and animals safe.
The train tracks are utilized often and are in rough condition currently so please use caution entering and leaving the driveway. Do not park on the patio and do not block the driveway entrances when parking as we come to the farm daily to tend to the livestock.

The house is 3/4 of a mile north of Gibson City. With lots of options for dining and shopping with a drive-in movie theatre. Access to the golf course cart path is just a stones throw away from the patio. This 12-hole golf course is free to play, walk, bike, and enjoy. There is even a coffee shop at the front of the course.
