This home is designed with both relaxation and function in mind, offering a perfect retreat for families, business travelers, or vacationers exploring Reno or Lake Tahoe.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy queen beds with plenty of closet space. The fourth room doubles as a home office and includes a twin daybed with a trundle, comfortably sleeping two more guests.

Enjoy the large open living area with a plush sectional and a 72-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and seating for both casual meals and shared dinners. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

These toxin-free formulations are cruelty-free, vegan, organic and free of paraben, sulfate, phosphate, and gluten, for a luxurious and eco-friendly experience for our guests.

Cleaning:
For extended stays, we provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to help keep the home feeling fresh and comfortable. Our team will coordinate the timing directly with you during your stay.

House Rules:
• Guests making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
• Large groups or parties are not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor patio.
• We welcome dogs only. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats due to allergies. There is a $125 pet fee per dog for the entire stay.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors, as this is a family-oriented community.
• Our neighborhood is very quiet, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fine.
