A very welcoming area! I loved this hotel, I’m very picky when it comes to my space but this hotel was very clean nice, hot water, beautiful king bed it couldn’t have been more perfect!

We go to Gatlinburg yearly and always opt for condos rather than a cabin for the convivence. This was our second stay at the Oaks condos. We loved the space and layout of this condo. I will say we had some issues with the water BUT the host was excellent with communication and tried very hard to make it right during our stay. While there needs to be some serious maintenance such as electrical outlets needing cover plates or tightening of plates and the crack in the tub needing fixed, I don't necessarily think it was the host but more or less the building itself needing upgrades. Again, this isn't to bash the host as we really did enjoy our stay but just a few things that need to be fixed or updated which have been mentioned in text with the host, again communication was excellent!!

Very nice room. It had a wood burning fire place. Unfortunately we don’t get to use it since we didn’t stay very long. The room is walking distance to town. We will be back.

Host is very helpful! This condo is in the perfect spot for walking to places on the parkway. The only downside is that the shower water gets cold very quickly. I dont take long showers by any means but I couldnt wash my hair and body both before the water got freezing cold. The bed is super comfy! I would stay here again if I were to return to Gatlinburg!

We enjoyed our stay, but the property could have been cleaner, especially the floors. Additionally, the curtains were not large enough to block out all of the light while sleeping and give privacy from balconies across the way when changing. Furthermore, the room had poor ventilation, which accounted for lack of airflow in the bedroom and some visible mold on the ceiling vent in the bathroom.
