The only bed downstairs is the Primary bedroom (King). The second bedroom is the loft and has the queen and two twin beds. The loft access is ONLY by the ladder - no stairs access. The loft is about 4' high in the center.
No Smoking inside or outside within 20' of doors or windows - $500 fine if evidence is found.
