Schön eingerichtete Wohnung am Flussufer hat neue, aktualisierte Möbel mit Aufmerksamkeit für den Komfort im Hinterkopf. Wir sind eine Langzeitunterkunft direkt am Colorado River. Diese Wohnung hat eine erstklassige Lage mit einer riesigen 1300 SF Deck direkt am Hauptschlafzimmer und Küche / Esszimmer. Die Aussichten sind entspannend und bieten spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Doppelbett. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Königin und zwei Einzelbetten, so dass die Einheit Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Alle Schlafsofas haben Memory-Schaum-Matratzen für zusätzlichen Komfort aufgerüstet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Fluss. Der Speisesaal hat Platz für 6 Personen. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner in der Wohnung für den Komfort der Gäste. Wir haben Gartenmöbel aus dem Schlafzimmer und Esszimmer für Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Essen im Freien.

Wir bieten wöchentliche Reinigung für unsere Gäste zusätzlichen Komfort. Alle Utilities, Kabel und Wi-Fi sind inklusive.

4th of July fun!

We spent the week of the 4th at this amazing property, and fell in love with it. The amazing outdoor space, comfortable accommodations, great spot on the water, friendly community, the list goes on. We spent 90% of our time outdoors and our dog even learned how to swim here! We cannot wait to go back, we missed it the minute we left.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Location was excellent for all that we wanted to do. We loved the deck and the beautiful views. Our only wish was for lounge chairs on the deck.. Communication with Angela was very easy and she made sure we had everything we needed before check in. Would definitely return,

We enjoyed having as guests and will take your advice on deck lounge chairs. We do have the outdoor dining table and outdoor set off the master bedroom but will provide lunge chairs too. Great location

The place was perfect for my aunt, my dog and I. The view can't be beat. it is right on the water. Plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. We also really liked the décor. Angela the owner, was super fast to respond and Patty was also great. She turned on the heat a little bit before we arrived so the house was cozy when we got there. Small but very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return when it warms up a bit.

Was almost great

This property has many good points. The location and view over the river was fantastic! The space was great and being able to have our dog made it even better. It has all of the necessities to do your own cooking. Having in place washer and dryer was great. The bed and bathroom linens are in need of updating. The bedcover is very worn with many holes in it. Several of the towels are also worn from use with one actually splitting in the middle while in use. The big disappointment came the beginning of our last week when a large cockroach ran across the living room floor. It was nearly the end of our stay before the unit was sprayed. When one pays the amount of money paid to rent this unit for a month it is expected this would not be a concern. It certainly made the last week less than enjoyable. Being told it was a water bug was insulting. Tried to catch the manager in the office but she was never there during the hours posted to discuss the cockroach. Had been in contact with the housekeeper. We did finally contact manager through messaging.

Obsessed!

I really can’t say enough great things about this property! From the communication with the owners to the other visitors/tenants it was a 10/10 all around. The there is a beautiful water view from pretty much every window and the deck…wow! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here with our two little pups for a week and had an awesome time! The unit was well kept, nicley decorated and provided all the essentials for our visit. The expansive deck is a great ammenity as well as the private beach area. Onsite staff was a pleasure to deal with, both Alicia (property manager) amd Tim (maintenance tech) were friendly and made sure our stay was up to par. Give this place a shot if you are considering staying in Bullhead. We will be back!

Well Kept and Wonderful River View

I can only speak to our experience in the large unit they rent overlooking the river. It was good in every way. Don't let your first impression of the neighborhood deter you. We've stayed there twice and had no problems whatsoever. Much better than the casino "neighborhood" in Laughlin.

What a View

Our overall experience was wonderful! Angela and her staff were both kind and professional. The property was perfect for my wife, dog, and I. The view of the river everyday was so relaxing and beautiful. There is a private cove below the front balcony perfect for fishing and enjoying the river as people pass by on boats and wave runners. The property is located right off the 95 with restaurants, gas stations, and many other stores, like Walmart, to meet your needs. The property is well laid out with a large family room, kitchen and bedroom with river views, a bathroom and dining area, and a huge front patio. I would highly recommend this property for 2-3 people & of course your dog/s!

Spectacular views of the Great Colorado River! Furnished very nicely just the way it’s advertised.

This property is a treat! The views from inside and spacious patio of the Great Colorado River are spectacular. The location is very convenient to Safeway—just a five minute walk if you like. The household amenities and furnishings are just like advertised. Angela and Keri are really nice people with which to work. It was a pleasure staying here and made our Christmas very special.

Well needed vacation

This place was beautiful. The view is worth the trip. The bed and pillows couldn’t be more comfortable. Lots of hot water. It has everything one could ask for. The lady that greeted us was friendly and the neighbors were all quiet and pleasant. This was a very dog friendly place and I think the dog was as excited to stay there as we were. We will most definitely rent this space again

Very clean. Beautiful view.

Unit 102 is spacious, clean. Full kitchen, dining area and separate living room. Absolutely beautiful view from a full deck overlooking a cute beach and dock. Bring binoculars for wildlife viewing. Safeway and lots of different restaurants in walking distance: across a big parking lot. Nice people there. So glad I found it.

Loved this property!

This property was perfect for our stay. The house is immaculate and very well done. The access to the large balcony was so convenient and the views are magical. My husband and I took the trip as a bucket list for our old dog who grew up going to the river and lake, so the access to the doc and the boat ramp was perfect for him to hang out on and play in the water. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. I have already told all my friends and family about this spot- it's a hidden gem! One suggestion would be patio/lounge chairs on the large deck, and possibly some common spices in the kitchen. Thank you again for our stay, we will be visiting again!

Great owner beautiful spot on the river.

Close the the casino but also in a quiet spot. The long term residents where all friendly. Frank right next door is a great guy. Jet ski rentals 5 min away. River star rentals is the best place to go. Owner Angela was very responsive. The place was clean with plenty of room. There is a dock and small beach you can use right out front. We will definitaly be back thanks Angela!!!
