Very nice condo. Loved sitting on the balcony watching dolphins swimming by, and thunderstorms passing by out in the distance. We were ready to rebook the unit before we even left. The host, Gary, quick to respond to my questions, provides lots of details for check-in and check-out. Also gives some suggestions for things to do. Found a cool little beach bar less than a block away that had karaoke every night.

We enjoyed our stay the condo has literally everything you could possibly think of it gave home away from home they even left waters, fruit and chocolates for our arrival I would definitely book with them again.

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach and bonus was second floor corner unit… We had such a great time and it had all we needed.. Beds were nice and slept great. Also the host had left fresh flowers, chocolates and fruit which we had never received at other places we stayed at …Very clean and parking was ok, just need more parking spaces there, we lucked up had a handicap decal….Miss it already and will be back again.

The condo is beautiful. Directly on the beach with easy beach access. Host was prompt with issue and had someone to assist quickly. Short drive to the main area of Daytona Beach and 1 block from drive on beach access. Recommended condo and would stay again.

The view is amazing. The pool was nice and heated. There is a closet with plenty of beach perfect toys, chairs, coolers and all your needs! No need to bring anything for the beach!

Best vacation rental ever. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. Plush towels. Blankies to snuggle under on the enormous leather couches. Great communication from the owner.

Such a great stay. Perfectly set up for our family vacation, including water bottles in the fridge, plus fresh fruit and fresh flowers. The extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. Gary was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The Condo is very spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. It was very clean and the host had some sweet “extras” that we usually don’t see in rentals. The host was super responsive with an issue that actually occurred because I didn’t read all the instructions. He was very understanding and we had a lovely conversation. My sons had plenty of room to connect their devices and be in their own space. This will be our “go to” listing whenever we are in the Daytona area. Super grateful that we chose this listing!

The 3 of us have been visiting the beach at least once a year for the past 35 years. This location is perfect and so are the incredible views. We each had our own room and bathroom which made things very comfortable. There's a large table for puzzles and plenty of space in the well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The unit has a large capacity washer and dryer which has always been a must for us. The garbage shoot is right outside the door which makes taking the garbage out easy peasy. The parking is secure and so is the building with codes to safely enter. We loved the pool area. It's big enough to spread out if you want peace and quiet. We took advantage of the workout room everyday which was an extra bonus. Gary Harpole was quick to reply and was the best host we have ever had! We arrived to cut flowers on the table, lots of water bottles in the frig and a beautiful box of chocolates. Definitely over the top host!!! We booked for next year already and plan to stay longer!!

Hi Gary,We recently stayed at your condo, and wow—it was absolutely amazing!Starting from the outside, the view of the beach is incredible. Even better were the walks along the beach, especially at sunrise—we did that every morning alongside many others. The whole area is beautifully maintained, and we noticed workers out each day keeping everything tidy and looking great.Inside, the condo was so spacious and filled with natural light from the French windows. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, linens, and other essentials. We really appreciated the little extras too—like the coffee pods left by previous guests (and we added a few of our own).The three bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the three bathrooms were clean and functional—just as you'd expect. We didn't end up using the oven or microwave, but the kitchen looked fully equipped if needed. The washer and dryer also came in handy and were very easy to use.Would we come back? 100% yes. We already miss the morning walks and that view!Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be recommending your place to others.Best,Kevin

The condo was beautiful and the beach view was amazing. Our family really enjoyed the space and our girls loved having their own rooms. The kitchen had all the kitchen supplies we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Daytona.
