Bent River Cabin #3 @ Frio River Escape

Located just one mile from Magers Crossing and a quick 7-minute drive to Garner State Park, this spot offers convenient access to the area's natural beauty. Enjoy scenic drives to nearby attractions such as Los Maples, Kerrville, and Uvalde. With its close proximity to the river, Garner State Park, and the charming towns of Concan and Leakey, this is the ideal destination for your getaway.

Our location is off CR 350 in Concan, Texas. If you're unfamiliar with the area, we recommend printing directions before your trip, as some cell phone providers may have limited service in our region.
There’s plenty to do nearby, including relaxing or floating down the Frio River, hiking Mount Baldy, taking Frio Bat Flight Tours, hunting, kayaking, bird watching, and enjoying scenic drives through the hill country.

You have exclusive access to your rental.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm, using a keyless entry system for a seamless arrival.
• Checkout: 11:00 am. There’s no need to visit an office; you’ll receive your arrival instructions and access code about a week before your check-in date.

River Access: Enjoy access to the river between Bent River Cabin #1 and Bent River Cabin #2. Stairs are provided to help you reach the river. (Stairs can be steep in areas).

Bent River #3 — our newest cabin, completed in May 2023 — is the perfect spot for your next Frio River getaway!

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King bed with a private bath (shower stall)
Bedroom 2: Bunk room with 2 queens and 2 twins, plus a full bath (tub/shower combo)
Living Area: Full-size sleeper sofa

Cabin Features
- Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals
- 60″ Smart TV for streaming and entertainment
- Private outdoor space with a BBQ pit, firepit, and picnic table

What We Provide
- Starter pack with paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags.
- All beds include comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Linens provided (top and bottom flat sheets, pillowcases, 1 towel & washcloth per guest, and kitchen towels).

Good to Know
- Cell service can be limited in Concan; AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best
- Remember: You’re coming to the river—where many guests camp or stay in rustic shelters. Our cabins are designed to give you a comfortable and relaxing stay with the essentials you need.
