Everything was wonderful! The doggo had a great time and everyone was super comfortable during our stay. Any issue we had the host was so quick to resolve. Including getting us a new wine opener that matched the theme of the property. Overnight! I would come back to New Smyrna Beach just to stay here again. This was also our first Vrbo stay and the host was so gracious in helping us navigate. I cannot say enough good things.

The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable and all appliances are clean and working. We loved the quick walk to the beach! We wished we had more options in cookware and mixing bowls since we did a lot of meals at the house, but were able to get by with what was provided. The grill worked great! It was great to have the option of dog friendly since my daughter could not find adequate care for her dog over the holidays. It was nice to have groceries nearby and there was enough provision of toilet paper and paper towels for the first 2 days. Our family enjoyed our time here and will definitely keep it in mind for another trip!

If you are looking for functioning basic amenities and a respectful host, do not stay here. On our only full day, water came through the ceiling from the second-floor bathroom into the room below, followed about 40 minutes later by a major leak under the kitchen sink. I immediately reported both. Six paying guests were then without an upstairs shower, sinks, or toilet, and instructed not to use the kitchen sink, dishwasher, or laundry. We were ultimately left sharing one small bathroom.Problems happen, but what cannot be blamed on plumbing is how you treat guests when they do. I spent hours cleaning up water, drying cabinets and floors, moving items, replacing water bowls, hanging wet towels and mats outside, and following instructions from the host. While at dinner hours later, we continued receiving messages about protecting the home, including instructions to protect cabinets and replace water bowls before going to sleep. When I explained how disruptive this was, I was told a plumber needed to assess the situation. A plumber may be needed to assess plumbing, but it does not take one to recognize the impact on guests or show empathy. After checkout, all communication stopped. I’m still waiting for a basic acknowledgment more than 48 hours later. Six paying guests dealt with major disruptions while the focus remained on protecting the property, rather than acknowledging how we were affected.Save your money and your peace of mind. Do not stay here.

This review is extremely misleading and contains statements directly contradicted by the guest’s own messages and professional inspections. These issues occurred around 6 PM on the FINAL NIGHT—not throughout their stay. The guest herself wrote, “on our last night” and “We’ve had a great time and really enjoyed the house.” She claims six guests were without upstairs “sinks or toilet” and were left sharing one bathroom. This is false. The toilet was fully operational, and when I asked her to check the upstairs sink, she replied, “No leak under the sinks.” Neither was ever taken out of service. She claimed the shower leaked. An HVAC professional determined the shower was NOT leaking; AC condensation was caused by a filter jammed sideways. The home had been vacant over a month and this occurred on their second night. About an hour later, she reported a kitchen “leak.” A plumber found the plumbing physically disconnected with a pipe removed—not a normal failure. She claims she spent hours drying everything, yet the sink cabinet was left wet while they went to dinner. She also falsely states communication stopped after checkout. I have timestamped messages proving I responded after checkout while awaiting professional assessment. Based on the timing, professional findings and immediate requests for compensation, it is my opinion these damages were deliberately caused in an attempt to obtain compensation or a free stay. I have photos, professional findings & messages documented

Mother to 5 and lifelong animal lover! My husband and I spend our free time rescuing and rehabilitating animals on our small hobby farm in Sanford, FL—home to chickens, ducks, and even emus! We’re blessed to live in a friendly, country-style neighborhood where neighbors still ride horses down the street.

We love sharing the places that mean the most to us—whether it’s the peaceful charm of our Sanford homes or the coastal beauty of New Smyrna Beach. NSB is one of our favorite escapes: a laid-back beach town with incredible local food, scenic shorelines, and a true sense of community.

As hosts, we genuinely enjoy welcoming others to experience the spaces we’ve poured our hearts into. Whether you’re here to relax, reconnect, or explore, we’re honored to be a small part of your journey. Thank you for supporting our family and our small business—it means the world to us!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

What we love most about this area is the laid-back vibe. Neighbors are kind, the streets are calm and safe, and the salty breeze reminds you that the beach is always close by. It’s not unusual to see kids riding bikes, families walking dogs, or golf carts cruising by on their way to the shore.

We enjoy morning coffee on the patio, listening to the palm trees sway, and evening walks as the sky turns shades of orange and pink. It’s the kind of place where time slows down just enough for you to really relax.

Best of all, you’re only minutes from everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer—great restaurants, local shops, live music, and miles of sandy coastline. Whether you’re here to surf, soak up the sun, or simply recharge, we’re happy to share this little slice of paradise with you.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

What makes our property stand out is the perfect mix of comfort, location, and personal touches that reflect our love for hosting and attention to detail.

Each townhouse is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home—bright, clean, and designed to feel like your own private beach retreat. From the enclosed patio to the upstairs balcony and private paver driveway, every corner is set up to make your stay as relaxing and convenient as possible.

We own both sides of the duplex, so if you’re traveling with a larger group or multiple families, feel free to message us about renting both townhomes together for more space and privacy.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and cul-de-sac. You’ll enjoy the peaceful setting of a true local stay while being just minutes from restaurants, shops, and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. We’re also in a golf cart–friendly area, making it fun and easy to explore.

As local hosts, we’re nearby if you need anything and love helping guests make the most of their time here. Whether you’re visiting to unwind or celebrate, we’d be honored to host you and help you feel right at home.
