Two Bedroom Villa with Private Pool
Casa de Cooper's Vista Paraiso is a two-bedroom, three-bath villa that comfortably accommodates between two and six guests. It is the perfect rental for an unforgettable family vacation or a fun-filled holiday for friends.
With a bilingual meet-and-greet, concierge service, and daily housekeeping included, your vacation at Vista Paraiso promises to be relaxing.
The spacious master suite has a private entrance, king bed, shaded patio exclusive to the room, ensuite shower with a double hot water shower, double vanity and plenty of storage and hanging space for your items. Bathrobes are provided.
This suite also benefits from a private media area with a large flat screen TV and two wingback chairs.
The second bedroom has two comfortable queen beds. This room benefits from a shaded ocean view patio space. It also has a mini-fridge, coffeemaker and an area to prepare snacks.
Additionally there is a large flat screen TV, spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk in hot water shower, double vanity and plenty of storage and hanging space for your belongings.
Each of these two bedrooms provides your group with hideaways within the villa allowing for as much or as little interaction with your group as you desire.
Just steps from your bedroom you can start or end your day with a refreshing dip in the calm waters of your private plunge pool with views across the Palermo valley.
Spend the day lounging on the deck chairs with a good book in hand. Or settle in the hammock for an afternoon siesta.
At night grill up the days catch of mahi-mahi, shrimp, red snapper or some of Nicaragua’s famous beef on your own north American style BBQ.
The upper level of Vista Paraiso contains the fully stocked kitchen complete with every pot, pan, glass and utensil you might require to create a gourmet meal using fresh local Nicaraguan ingredients. A large gas range and oven will please any chef in your group.
Indoor eating space is also provided for the evenings you would prefer to sit inside.
The attached comfortable lounge space includes a flat screen television cable TV and seating for eight.
Just off the kitchen there is a full bathroom.
An additional seating area extends off the shared space with views of the town below the deep blue of Pacific ocean and the sprawling ranch land to the north.
Your Vista Paraiso vacation includes access to the 1 Pelican Eyes community pools. They are located located a short 5-minute walk from the villa and open daily from 7 am until sundown.
I live a couple minutes from the property. I am available before and during your stay to give advice, make reservations for excursions and provide any other assistance you may need. Our property manager Gabriel will be your meet & greet. He is onsite throughout the day Monday through Saturday.
We are accessible from town on foot in 15 minutes for anyone with a good level of fitness. A 3-minute taxi ride to or from town makes the home ideal for all ages of guests at any fitness level.
Our central location provides easy access to the many in-town restaurants, bars, shops and nearby beaches.
The Augusto C Sandino International Airport in Managua is a 2.5 hour drive away. Alternately, you can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia. With border crossing travel time is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Depending on the number of passengers and time of day of travel taxi fare to and from town ranges from $3 - $5 USD.

Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent in disinfecting the property – before guests arrive and after guests depart -- with particular attention to high touch items and hard surfaces. To allow the extra time needed for this enhanced cleaning protocol, we will ensure a minimum of 24 hours between reservations.

The last 300 meters of road to Casa de Cooper is uphill and unpaved. Extra care is required for guests arriving in low clearance vehicles and compact cars.
We have an electricity allowance of 35 kilowatts per day. This is a sufficient amount to power the villa with responsible use of air conditioning in the bedrooms at night. Electricity consumption over this amount will be charged at a rate of $0.50 USD per kilowatt hour.
We are pet friendly and allow one (1) well behaved dog providing it weighs 20 lbs or less. Pets must be registered at the time of booking.
