The lower level includes a family room with a bumper pool table, arcade games, and a fireplace. A third bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. There is also a secluded outdoor patio with a BBQ grill and lawn furniture where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Located halfway between the two pubic boat ramps in town, this is the perfect location to get away and spend some time on the river. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, but the garage will have no access. We use that space to store our personal belongings. There is room for two vehicles in the driveway, and there is plenty of street parking if needed.
