🚗 IMPORTANT ARRIVAL NOTE – PLEASE READ To guarantee our breathtaking views and absolute privacy, the villa is located high on the hillside. The road leading up is steep and unpaved in sections (part of the authentic charm of Andros). A 4x4 vehicle or a high-clearance SUV is ESSENTIAL. Please do not rent a small city car, as you will find the drive difficult. We want your arrival to be smooth!

THE LAYOUT

The Ground Level (The Social Heart) This level is designed for gathering.

Living: An open-plan living room with high ceilings, neutral tones, and traditional corner seating.

Kitchen: A state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end appliances, leading directly to the outdoor dining terrace.

Sleeping:

Master Suite: A sanctuary of simple beauty with an en-suite bathroom.

The Kids' Haven: A large bedroom with 4 single beds and family games. (There is an additional full bathroom on this level).

The Upper Level (The Private Wing) A luminous space offering magnificent views in all directions.

Sleeping: Two comfortable double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Lounge: An open living area with built-in sofas and a kitchenette (perfect for morning coffee privacy).

Terraces: Direct access to the east hillside terrace and the west entrance patio.

THE OUTDOORS We have created multiple zones so everyone can find their spot:

West Patio: Features the heated plunge pool, lounge area, and outdoor kitchen/BBQ. Protected from the wind and facing the valley sunset.

East Terrace: Connected to the kitchen, featuring a large dining table under the sky, with the relaxing sound of the waves.

LOCATION

Beach: The closest beach is just under the hill (accessed via a scenic 15-min walking path).

Village: A short 2-minute drive takes you to Korthi Bay village, full of authentic tavernas, cafes, and shops that stay open all year round.
