24. Bathroom Courtesy: Be considerate of others during busy times. Please leave the bathroom clean and ready for the next person.
Move-Out & Furnishings
25. Move-Out Notice: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required prior to vacating.
26. Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable $150 move-out cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.
27. Room Condition: Rooms must be returned clean and free of personal belongings. Charges may apply for damage, excessive mess, or missing items.
28. Furnishings: Rooms are fully furnished. Do not move, remove, or replace any furnishings or decor. Residents are responsible for any damage or loss.
Parking & Bicycle Storage (If Applicable)
29. Residents may only park in explicitly assigned spaces (if applicable). Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
30. Bicycles my not be stored in walkways, hallways, or common areas. Inquire within about a space to store you bicycle if you wish to keep one.
Surveillance
31. Common areas (excluding bathrooms and private rooms) may be monitored by security cameras for safety and property protection. By residing on the property, you consent to this surveillance.
Conduct & Enforcement
32. Respectful Behavior: Residents must be courteous to others and to property staff. Harassment, aggressive conduct, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited and grounds for removal.
33. Conflict Resolution: If issues arise between residents, please contact management. Do not attempt to resolve conflicts directly if tensions are high.
34. Rule Violations: Violations may result in written warnings, fines, or termination of residency. Serious breaches such as violence, theft, or illegal activity may result in immediate eviction without refund.
