Pool:
The pool is heated seasonally from October through May 31 for your comfort.

Hot Tub Policy:
If the hot tub requires additional cleaning or is not at maximum temperature within 24 hours of your check-in, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to address any issues promptly, compensation in these cases will be limited to a maximum of $50.

Boat Dock and water accessories:
Use of these amenities involves inherent risks. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of any children. Please supervise closely and use with caution.

Pet Policy:
We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
